Designed by architect Wyatt Stapper, the once Russell Investments building and later State Farm building, got a total renovation in 2018. Inspired by land/sea imagery and organic materials, Maeve Harris created a special collection for the new lobby space- open to the public for the first time. Highlights include 12 foot high twin wooden panels installed on the original granite that pays tribute to the cascading water feature on the front exterior, as well as an abstract maritime triptych that faces the glass walls over the Tacoma waterfront.
